Be sure to include your order number in the email so we can match it to your purchase. We accept high-resolution files in formats such as PNG, JPEG, PDF, or AI to ensure the best print quality!

Mock Ups & Confimation
During the design process, we send you a maximum of 3 proofs, ready for finalising and to make any changes. Please ensure that all information is correct as once these have been approved, we can no longer make any changes!
